I suspect you didn't clear your Mason cache like Chris suggests.
That said, you can avoid modifying Logout.html. There's a "Default" callback in NoAuth/Logout.html which you can use to modify the URL redirected to. This lets you have RT redirect to the CAS endpoint's logout URL.
