Does anyone know how this is implemented in RT 4?  I know when we used RT 3 at 
a previous employer, any time a customer replied to a ticket the owner was 
changed to nobody and if it was resolved, it was re-opened. I would like to 
implement this behavior here but I didn't administer that server, and I'm 
unfamiliar with Scrip writing in general. Any assistance of course would be 
greatly appreciated.
