Hello all, If we have two submitters (john and jane) belonging to the same group, can we have them share their tickets? If john submits a ticket, I would like jane to be able to edit it.
In other words, I need a group level ownership rather than an individual level ownership. Is that possible in RT? Thanks, Thierry
