Hi there, I've just installed RT and RTIR as well as configured my SendMail for local use only on Ubuntu 13.10 in VirtualBox. I try sending mail to the RT system but it doesn't register the email as a ticket. I have tried all guides and setups but haven't found a solution. Your quick response is much appreciated. Thank you!
