Hi, I'd like to, at the creation of a ticket, trigger an external application's API. The external application expects HTTP GET/ POST requests and returns results via the same way, so I'm wondering if it's possible to do that via scrips. Since there are modules such as LWP in PERL, I'm wondering if I can use that, but I'd like to see if this has been done (and how).
Can anyone point me in the right direction if this is possible? Thanks, PJ
