First, we are on RT 3.8.10 (I know, it's old!!!) and I searched google/listserv and the extensions list on BP's site and didn't find anything that looked like this...
Is there functionality out there for RT that allows 1 custom field's value to dictate the values available in another custom field? I could see this being possible through some sort of customization, but I'm hoping not to have to go there....
