Dear All, I'm trying to install merge users extension with RT, for which I followed https://github.com/bestpractical/rt-extension-mergeusers . After making the required changes, When I merge Users I'm not able to see the tickets assigned to the merged users. Below is the scenario it is failing :
User A with email1. User B with email2. I merged User B with User A. After logging into RT Web I'm not able to see the tickets with email2 under User A. How ever If I send any new requests from email2(User B) I'm seeing these new requests but not the old ones. Any help or pointers to this issue will be appreciated. Thanks, Bharath.
