info on 3.2 stable CVSs, aka "vulcano"

Ciao,

this is to inform you that, according to Philippe's published scheme, 
RTAI-classic-3.2 has entered the stabilization phase. Being so we have 
set up the stable CVS for 3.2 and called it "vulcano", after the name of 
Vulcano Island, where god Vulcano had his mythological forge.

It was my fault to begin the stabilization phase of 3.2 by releasing a 
couple of related testx versions from magma. Everything should be 
consistent now.

Magma remains pending, but stalled, for future weird development plans, 
till 3.2 has not reached his final release. That should come after a 
last test (test3) release just after Easter holidays.
