Hi,

Some time ago I reported a critical bug in cond var code
(rtai-core/ipc/sem.c), which was addressed and solved by Paolo. The bug was
in 3.0r4 and 3.1.

I've checked 3.0r5 and the fix seems not to have found its way into this
version. Can please someone confirm this?.
