Design & Develop applications in accordance with established methodology, procedures and standards. Complete application testing ensuring it follows the quality control criteria and plan the set-up and deployment of these applications into production. 2. Develop strategic design and requirements on small systems or modules of large systems (large scale). 3. Guide and mentor junior developers in developing code and workflow procedures, and conduct code reviews. 4. Perform general application development activities, including unit testing, code deployment to development environment and technical documentation. 5. Works independently to support software through the entire software development life cycle. 6. Works on one or more projects, making contributions to unfamiliar code written by team members. 7. Diagnose and resolve performance issues. 8. Participates in estimation process, use case specifications, reviews of test plans and test cases, requirements, and project planning. 9. Documents code/processes so that any other developer is able to dive in with minimal effort. 10. Introduces tools and automates repetitive processes 11. All work performed under this contract will be subject to internal quality assurance or external Independent Validation and Verification. 12.
