Need a resource having good communication skills with
strong HP QC/ALM technical skills. Here are some required skills:
In Depth knowledge of HP QC/ALM Administration:
o Knowledge of ALM Architecture and DB schema
o Knowledge of ALM Customizations, Workflows, Business Workflows
o Knowledge of ALM Templates
o Knowledge of VBScript, OTA and REST APIs
o Working knowledge of ALM Reports using Custom and Out of Box reports
o Hands on experience in creating SQL based reports.
o ALM Troubleshooting Skills are required.
o ALM Integrations:
Strong understanding of ALM integrations with 3rd party systems like
*VersionOne*, ClearQuest, MS TFS, Perforce, etc.
o Experience in setting up HP ALM integrations to synchronize
Requirements, Tests, Results and Defects from 3rd party systems.
o Hands on experience on converting Business Requirements to Integration
Statements
o Creation of Field & Process Mapping documents.
o Experience in designing and writing workflows to support Business
Processes.
o Hands on experience in *VersionOne ALM Connect*, HP ALM Synchronize*.*
o Knowledge of HP ALI and SAP SOLMAN (desired skill).
*Apart from that the candidate should possess the following qualities.*
· Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives,
preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and
improvement.
· Good communication skills and willing to work with different team
across the organization.
· Understanding the User Requirements and convert to System Req and
Design Statements.
· Experience in QC Workflow customizations and Business Workflows
· Interact with customer to understand the business
issues/requirements.
· Provide effort estimates and prioritize tasks.
· Assess risk and impact on the existing system that may arise due
to any requirement or functional change.
· Create and deliver Validation Documentation.
*Must have Technical skills:*
· HP Quality Center/ALM Administration
· QC Customization, Workflow & Templates
· Business Workflows
· OTA (Open Test Architecture) API
· HP ALM REST APIs
· VBScript
· SQL
