*Required Skills*
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a SQL DBA
- Project DBA experience
- Strong experience in Performance Tuning and various Database Recovery
(DR) strategies, in particular with AlwaysOn
- Ability to answer basic questions around database recovery and basic
troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
*Preferred Skills*
- Project management skills
- Development and/or Agile experience
- Preferably experience with:
- SQL 2012-2016
- T-SQL
- High Availability
- Clustering and Always On
- PowerShell
- Performance and Tuning
- Analysis
