Design Engineer Job Description * Proficiency in Unigraphics NX 6 or higher (or similar CAD software) within an automotive product development environment * Strong working knowledge of Design for Manufacturing, including familiarity with modern GD&T and dimensional engineering practices * Perform feasibility checks with respect to material, manufacturing & design aspects; * The candidate must have product engineering experience in mechanical design * Experience in developing a product from concept to production * Ability to understand CAE and Thermal Analysis reports Primary Skills Mechanical Design, Plastic component design, CAD tool - Unigraphics NX Secondary Skills * Good oral and written English language skills. * Strong technical writing skills. * Ability to effectively represent information and respond to questions in a meeting environment.
