*Role :* Performance Testing Lead *Location :* Columbus, OH (100% Onsite Position) *Duration :* 1 – 2 Years Contract *Client : *Zensar *JOB DESCRIPTION* *Skillsets and experience :* *Minimum 10 year total* experience with *5 - 8 years Leading Performance Testing Function*. Strong communication, analytical, presentation and team driving skills. *Experience with Neolod, App Dynamics and other performance testing and tools and techniques*. Should be hands-on with the technical aspects of performance testing and the tools. They need a very strong *Performance Test Lead / Architect* who is hands on and can drive the entire performance testing initiative and take complete ownership of that track. *They currently use Neoload as the tool but they are open to recommendation for any alternate tools*. They would like for this performance lead to be actually strategizing, driving this and not be an order taker. Then they would like to build a team of Performance Testers / Engineers from Zensar under this person. Probably a minimum of 3 people under the lead. So, we need an extremely strong lead who can lead command this track, be the leader and not an order taker.
