Should possess *8-10+ years* of strong automation experience.

· Must have excellent hands-on experience on Automation Scripting and Test
management processes Advanced experience with *automation testing tools* *(e.g.
Selenium, UFT, Python, SOAPUI Pro, GEBFitnesse, Protractor, LoadRunner)*

· Knowledge on Mobile Automation will be added advantage

· Good communication and problem-solving skills

· Should be able to lead the effort to build new test frameworks and or
extend existing frameworks. These frameworks allow us to perform end to end
testing in multicomponent environments.

· Should be able to work with the test engineers to design and develop a
reusable architecture for the test automation

· Prepare Reusable functions, which improve the robustness, reusability,
and maintainability of their test scripts.

· The framework should be designed in such a way that it increases and
speeds up their productivity.

· The test Architect also must support the framework/s, for example,
supporting dev/QA with issues using the tool. The test Architect will
implement automation test scripts. Integration with the test management
tool is also, planned.

· The Test Architect must be able to take on leadership responsibilities
and influence the direction of the automation effort, and its schedule and
prioritization.

· The Test Architect will work with management, developers, and quality
assurance personnel, to meet the project goals.

· Should be a creative and proactive thinker and will make use of current
technologies to provide extensible automation Solutions.
