BACKGROUND DETAILS DPOR issued an RFP for the procurement of a COTS application, with custom development, to manage their “Electronic Access to Government Licensing and Enforcement System” (EAGLES), which collects, manages, and provides relevant real-time license and enforcement information. The system has been in production since 2014; however, it was implemented without completion of the Enforcement Module application. ABOUT THE ROLE This position is to review the initial requirements and delivered system (Enforcement Module) against the existing separate (detached) Enforcement Tracking System (ETS) application currently in use to determine the level of effort needed to finalize application development, programming and reporting for implementation of the Enforcement Module within EAGLES.
