NO OPT EADS HIL Validation Engineer Auburn Hills MI Job Description: * Around 4 years of hands on experience as a Test Engineer in Embedded Automotive Systems. * Experience in Software in Loop (SIL), Hardware in Loop (HIL), Manual Testing, Functional and Regression Testing (Black Box and White Box testing). * Good Experience in dSPACE Platform validation. * Development of vehicle simulation models for HIL& SIL/MIL environments. * Experience in Testing in Automotive software Validation * Experienced in Automotive protocol like CAN and UDS. * Involved in Creation, Execution, Review of the Test Cases, analyzing the test result discrepancies and resolving them by debugging. * Proficient in ANSI C, MISRA code check standard. * Experience with MATLAB, Eclipse IDE, Simulink/State flow to stimulate hardware behavior. * Good knowledge about SDLC Software Development Life Cycle). * Expertise in CAN communication protocol and its Vector tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, and CANape. * Develop and executing Test Cases from Customer requirements using Gherkins tools. * Experienced on vehicle validation. * Experience on test results and report generation of test. * Experience in Agile Scrum Methodology. * Good knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design Failure mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Risk and Hazard analysis. * Experience in performing safety management activities for Active Safety according to ISO 26262 standards during all project phases. * Experience in handling Jenkins Build configurations and slave maintenance. * Experience in Android virtual emulators creation. * Experience in defect life cycle management and Requirement management tools JIRA and IBM(DOORS) respectively.
