JD: WAS Server DBA

.         Responsible for maintaining Documentum based application(s). 

.         The support team will be responsible for operational support
activities including, but not limited to troubleshooting and driving to
resolutions software, network, hardware, and batch issues.  

.         Study of existing application and stabilizing the ongoing issues

.         Support Activities  

.         Proactively reviewing the state/status of supported services 

.         Ensuring application meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

.         Develop/Maintain required level of Application/System monitoring  

.         Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot system issues to
identify and resolve root cause  

.         Establish relationships with key stakeholders 

.         Automate routine tasks

.         increase efficiency   

.         Provide 24/7 support  

.         Support CI/CD DevOps activities
