Role: QA Engineer / SDET Location: Jersey City, NJ Long Term Contract Minimum qualifications . 2 to 3 years' experience with Java and/or similar programming languages. . Experience with Linux/Bash scripting language. . Experience using design patterns and exposure to OOP practices. . Knowledge of open source testing frameworks and utilities- TestNG, Cucumber, Junit, etc . Exposure to the Atlassian tool set - Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, XRay, etc. . Experience in supporting the project release cycle . Good communication and presentation skills Preferred qualifications . FINTECH and/or Trading domain business knowledge. . Testing experience with High-frequency trading apps. . Knowledge of testing methodologies such as TDD, ATDD and/or BDD .
