rates in actuals and replace the current Oracle EPM system. Oracle is no
longer supporting Enterprise Performance Management (“EPM”), the system
currently used for FTP calculations. Oracle provided Wells Fargo with
extended support but is no longer in position to provide support given the
product is now out of compliance for two years. For compliance purposes,
Wells Fargo will need to migrate to a supported FTP application which
multiple internal teams depend on."
