*Responsibilities:*

Ø  Design and develop solutions in ServiceNow, including forms, workflows,
interfaces and custom code to support the ITIL process.

Ø  Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on
of ServiceNow

Ø  Develop Service Catalog items based on the project requirement provided
by the stakeholders.

Ø  Administration of ServiceNow platform, including issue and performance
mitigation, health checks

Ø  Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.

Ø  Hands-on experience with web UI development technologies that include
HTML, CSS, and AJAX.

Ø  Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON,
AngularJS.

Ø  Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client
Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each.

Ø  Design and develop Integrations with third party tools using (web

ensure that the Discovery tool has the appropriate access and permissions
to capture configuration information.

Ø  Review the data being populated into the CMDB and maintain the health of
the CMDB.

Ø  Work with Application SMEs to create and validate Discovery/Service Maps
for key applications

Ø  Perform day to day administration of the ServiceNow Service Mapping
tool, including mapping additional defined business services into the tool

Ø  Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.

Ø  Understand the new features in the new releases of ServiceNow and
upgrade as necessary.

*Requirements:*

Ø  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related
field

Ø  At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM
modules is required.

Ø  ITIL V3 Foundation Certification is required.

Ø  ServiceNow Administrator Certification is required.

Ø  ServiceNow Application Developer Certification is preferred.

Ø  Exceptional JavaScript programming skills.

Ø  Knowledge of network ports and protocols.
