*Primary Responsibilities* - Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation - Estimates timelines and technical efforts for planning and implementation - Works closely with agile team members, scrum masters, product management and enterprise architecture. - Works with the program level team to coordinate efforts across multiple agile teams. - Assigns and directs the work of team members - May act in liaison capacity with other departments, divisions and organizations - Operates with considerable latitude for independent action or decision *Skills and Competencies* - Hands-on experience with SAS Financial Crimes Suite in a Unix-based environment. - Ability to develop, troubleshoot and optimize SAS AML Financial crime suite of applications. - 8 Plus years of hands-on experience with Development in SAS AML. - Experience working with large amounts of data in relational databases e.g. SQL Server and Oracle. - Familiarity with troubleshooting and tuning database code and queries. - Development experience in Java, JavaScript, JSP, XML / JSON, C#, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> Webforms.
