Role: Salesforce Lead Location: Foster City, CA Long Term Contract Job Description: 1. The Salesforce Platform Lead will be responsible for technical discussions and decisions in all phases of changes coming in enterprise-level Salesforce platform and should act as a gatekeeper to monitor all implementation occurring in Production and Higher Environment. 2. Should have at least 10+ years of overall experience; with min 5 + years of experience in managing a diverse portfolio of Salesforce platforms as a Senior Salesforce Administrator. 3. Develop change and release management strategies for the Salesforce applications using DevOps and CI/CD processes and tools including ANT/Flosum and MS Visual Studio solutions. Knowledge in Azure Boards is nice to have. 4. Should have Force.com platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g. API and governor limits) & clear understanding on the overall security structure of the Salesforce Platform. 5. Should be responsible in improving the overall processes and adoption using the Force.com platform through trainings and awareness sessions 6. Should be responsible for source code management for salesforce applications. 7. Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks 8. Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades; ensure system availability is 100%. 9. Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams 10. Perform Assessment of New AppExchange Tools for accelerating Business Functions. 11.
