Please go through below requirement if you are comfortable please share your updated resume and below submission details. *Role: SQL Server Database Administrator * *Location: Richmond, VA * *Duration: 3 months (no plans to extend after the hours are exhausted!)* *Interview: Both Phone and In Person* SQL Server DBA needed to compare new SQL Server configuration for new 2016 environment against older 2008 environment. Take lead in the migration of databases from old to new environment. *Sr. SQL Server Database Administrator (2008 Server Remediation project)* *Job Description:* *Job Duration -* 12 Weeks (up to 400 hours) - whichever occurs first. No plan to extend after the 400 is exhausted. Hours worked each week - We want someone that can work at least 24 hours each week, but can work up to 40 hours (so a part-time resource than can work a minimum of 24 hours or a full-time resource would work 40 - their choice). *Work Hours:* Some flexibility with contractor start/end time each day but they will be required to be ONSITE (no remote work) onsite on days worked between the core hours of 8:30a-3:30p for the duration of this assignment. *Minimal Position Requirements:* · 10+ years of experience in data integration, data movement and SQL database. Required 10 Years · Proficient in SQL Server 2012-2017 (expert level) Required 10 Years · Experience with SQL Server replication (transactional, snapshot) Required 10 Years · Proficient in installing, configuring, upgrading and patching SQL and performance troubleshooting. Required 10 Years · SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) report development. Required 10 Years · Shell Scripting. (Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting a plus) Required 7 Years · Must have a good understanding of Networking and Protocols (SOAP, HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, POP3, HL7) Required 10 Years · Familiarity with the VITA Infrastructure Oversight Program and Standards Published by VITA Security (CSRM).
