If you would be interested please share updated resume at bhavnish.wad...@infogain.com<mailto:bhavnish.wad...@infogain.com> Duties: The identity and profile platform team is responsible for sign up, sign in, privacy, consent, and customer data capabilities for all of Intuit. We need a program manager to help drive the execution of our technology initiatives in the areas of developer productivity, system resiliency, and development operations. Duties include: * Work with product managers and product development leaders to understand and plan quarterly outcomes * Facilitate the breakdown of quarterly outcomes in to epics and stories in conjunction with development managers, architects, and engineers within the scrum teams * Understand business milestones and define corresponding technical milestones * Work across multiple scrum teams to ensure on time execution of technical outcomes; Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. * Clear blockers and manage escalations from scrum teams * Communicate clear status to all levels of leadership, including technical status and how it impacts business outcomes * Partner closely with director of development on status, escalations, and course corrections * Track vendor and resources costs * Other duties as requested Requirements * Degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or equivalent experience; development experience prefered * Experience managing software projects and managing large operational systems in a fast paced, agile environment * Self-starter able to track complex and/or large volume of details (technical and project related), manage and coordinate with 10-15 scrum teams, across multiple sites * Ability to communicate with engineers and execs, tailoring as appropriate. Ability to get into the details, as well as provide summarized exec views.
