JD:
- Understand holistic view of different Salesforce initiative and align
technology with business vision.
- Understand Business Requirment and map them into Project Plan and
Timeline
- Manage/Allocate resources effectively with focus on capacity planning
and forecasting
- 4.. Coordinate with various work stream and boundary system SME's
- Help in Designing & configuring Salesforce and come up with effective
project execution techniques
- Execute solution design activities such as data mapping, object
modeling, page layout design and Rule logic definition in context of
Salesforce application
- Manage customer expectation and provide sign off on key Business
deliverables like Functional Spec and Test/Sprint Plan
- Strong knowledge on Salesforce CRM Capabilties
- Escalation management to solve issues and conflicts
- Prepare/Update all required documentation for the program in
compliance with customer standards.
- Sense & Highlight issues and risk in a program in a timely manner and
report to key stake hodlers
- Knowledge of Sales, Service Cloud and Community cloud which will help
to assist in designing business applications"
