Responsibilities:
Business Analyst with a key role in defining business needs and functional
solutions for Policy Administration Suite in Life Insurance space.
Strong experience in Life Insurance domain.
Should be able to lead team using personal expertise and group facilitation
skills to identify, interpret, and define business needs and features, and
Defined functional product solutions by visualizing, documenting and
communicating with key stakeholder
Should be able to facilitate discussions and workshops with client
stakeholder with the purpose of eliciting and understanding stakeholder
needs, requirements, and priorities
To Develop recommendations and conducted analysis in support of department
and business line strategic efforts
To Gather functional and non-functional requirements, managed a prioritized
backlog of feature and user stories, and led various sprint ceremonies
To Document work items completely and unambiguously, satisfying the needs
of development, quality assurance, technical communicators, and other
internal customers and stakeholders
