- The candidate in this role is responsible for leading multiple agile –
scrum teams ( multiple work streams related to the project) as scrum
master, facilitate the scrum related activities/meetings using scrum
methodology, removing impediments, coaching scrum team to improve
efficiency.
- The Senior Scrum Master Candidate requirements:
- Overall 10+ years IT industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master.
- JIRA/Confluence Proficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business partnering skills with resources across the
organization in matrixed environment.
- Certification as Scrum Master is huge plus.
- Proven experience in managing multiple scrum teams related to project.
- Experience in facilitating backlog grooming, daily stand up, sprint
planning and retrospective meetings
- Setup and lead the daily scrum events and other adhoc meetings for
team.
- Be the point of contact for external communication
- Help team in sprint planning ,story writing, backlog maintenance
and jira prioritization & release management
- Understand the high level Program delivery, facilitate the program
level feature and architectural backlogs creation and prioritization
- Provide regular update about the program progress, risks and
impediments using metrics and data visualization to the senior
management,
stakeholders and sponsors.
- Coach developer, designer and product team members in Agile
practices, values and principles.
- Help team and individuals to achieve their goals
