1) Atleast 5-6 yrs Experience in Fusion HCM Absence management working
with Union/Non-Union employee data, Sick / Vacation cash out processing.
2) Worked with Absence plans, eligibility and types.
3) Must know how to stage absence transactions integrated with Global HR
and Payroll scenarios.
4) Skilled in writing SQLs and has knowledge of underlying Absence tables.
5) Experienced in testing methodologies and tools like HP QC
6) Good Verbal and Written Communication
