*Required Skills:*
Responsible for Requirement Analysis and Design of the project.
The candidates will need have Excellent oral & written communication skills
to elicit requirements using interviews, conduct requirements workshops,
create scenarios, use cases and workflow analysis. in addition to prior
knowledge of P & C insurance, be able to dive in existing financial
reporting systems, solid understanding of SDCL guideline to write
functional and technical requirements, ,work flow, create high level
design, detail design, code and unit test, write system test scripts,
conduct system test, provide UAT support, implement the change to
Production and provide post Production support.
Demonstrate strong analytical and product management still, including
thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and
translate them into application and operational requirements.
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level
information into details and abstract up from low-level information to a
general understanding.
Collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information
needs and deliver the following artifacts as needed: functional
requirements, business requirements document and Use case Design documents.
Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using
natural language.
Be liaison between business units, technology and support teams.
Provide orientation and training to end users for modified and new systems.
Assist in Quality Assurance and defining Test Strategy and risks. Review
Test plan created by QA resources and identify missed Test scenarios if any.
