domain
• Strong in understanding BioPharma -
Manufacturer-vendor and HCP/ HCO
relationships, Patient Services CRM,
Payer models, Drug Distribution Models,
Pharmacy procurement processes,
Financial Assistance programs & Claims
processes, Call Center processes
including workforce management, REMS
processes and FDA's drug approval
processes
• Strong Client facing and stakeholder
management skills
• Experienced in leading small teams
(4~6 team members) directly/ indirectly
in Agile/ Waterfall/ hybrid environment of
Project Management
• To be able to partner effectively with
different team members and teams from
various backgrounds, vendors/ service
providers and time zones
• To be able to understand and create
data flow, business process diagrams
using tools such as Microsoft Visio
• To be able to write techno functional
artifacts, test scripts for application
requirements
• To be able to create documentation for
fit gap analysis, source to target data
maps for application integration
• To be able to test Salesforce
applications thoroughly and report
defects issues diligently
• To be able to analyze large amounts of
data, slice and dice data utilizing
reporting tools
• To be able to Lead User Acceptance
Testing sessions with business users
• To be able to communicate effectively
with both developer and business
community about business requirements
• To be able to 'own' projects/
assignments and succeed in project
delivery as expected by client
• Sound knowledge of Interactive
Intelligence/ Call center technologies,
testing tools such as HP ALM and Issue
tracking software- JIRA and Salesforce
Reporting
• Good to have : Salesforce.com
Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant
Certifications, Trailhead Superbadges,
Conga
• Proactive and be able to thrive in an
agile and challenging work environment
