*Job Description:* Top Technical skills, specific technical knowledge (minimum 4+ years of relevant experience required within team structure) • Experience in Developing User Interface (UI) Rich Web Applications, and Web Service Applications using Front End/User Interface (UI) Technologies like Object Oriented JavaScript, Type Script, Angular/Angular JS, Node JS, Bootstrap, CSS Frameworks. (2+ years) • Experience in Angular framework (2+ years) • Experience in Spring/Spring Boot framework • Core J2EE/JAVA and associated frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, Struts, JSF, etc. • AWS experience would be a plus Top Soft Skills for the position • Attention to detail, Motivated to Learn, Team player Years of experience in the industry and/or with each technical skill = 6+ years Additional Details: • Optional experience with Java, Oracle ADF, WebLogic, JDeveloper, Eclipse, Writing Complex SQL queries • Good verbal and written communication. • Ability to logically analyze complex processes and programs and problem solve • Ability to understand business processes quickly and be customer focused • Team player who can work effectively in a team environment as a group member • Perform analysis, coding and testing of new changes • Provides maintenance and support for existing system • Strong technical coding skills with a proven track record of adherence to standards and processes • Familiarity with SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle • Familiarity with CMMI or Agile processes • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Ability to interact with customers to analyze, define, test and implement technical solutions • Demonstrated documentation skills • Ability to troubleshoot and follow escalation procedures to resolution • Ability to interact with onsite customer support teams for problem root cause and resolution • Ability to work flexible hours, if necessary • Ability to balance multiple concurrent assignments with minimal direct supervision • Analyzes customer information requirements and product specifications to define technical content strategy and plan. • Designs and develops written and/or visual product-related information, hard copy, web - (e.g., user/configuration/troubleshooting guides), and online information (interactive demos, help systems) integrated into product, for a variety of audiences (end user, system administrators, internal support engineers, product developers, training developers). • Codes, builds, compiles, and tests online information and/or sets-up, loads and tests systems hardware to create information deliverables and provide feedback on ease of use and user interfaces to product development. As customer advocate, helps define/refine product requirements. • Develops standards and style documents and templates, scripts, style sheets, and script and graphic libraries to ensure common look and feel. • Interfaces with cross-functional areas as a member of the product development team, such as marketing, test, support, and manufacturing. • Education and Experience: Typically a First Level University degree in Technical Communications, Computer Science or related technical/communications field and a minimum of 6+ years related experience or an Advanced University degree and a minimum of 4-6 years of experience or equivalent. Knowledge and ability to utilize a variety of tools and technologies to support multiple technologies.
