*Role: Senior SAP CRM Techno Functional consultant*
*Location: **Mounds View, MN*
*Job Summary*:
· SAP CRM Senior Techno Functional consultant with lead experience.
· Responsible for supporting solutions in the areas of CRM Sales,
Service and Interaction center modules.
· Responsible to drive requirement gathering session, Blue
printing, gap analysis, configuration, test cases and end user training
· Deep expertise on SAP CRM Web UI development / testing,
deployment tools and methods like Web UI component workbench
*Experience*:
· Minimum 8-9 years of relevant experience
· Work experience in Sales modules (Order Management, Pricing &
Billing)
· Service and Customer Interaction Center (with CTI Integration,
Web Chat etc.)
· CRM Service – Case management
· Portal support, Data structure, Authentication, Portal
Architecture
· CRM Base Customization
· hands-on experience in supporting Batch Jobs, Middleware and EDI
related issues
· knowledge on Sales Force Integration
· Integration with third party systems
Skills to debug using SAP ABAP / OOPS
