*Must-have skills: **CAMS (CHILD SUPPORT AUTOMATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM), SAP (CRM, ECC, BI), HP/Microfocus ALM, SQL* *Requirements:* - Experience in systems analysis and design (9+ years); - Experience performing system testing activities on SAP applications utilizing testing tools such as SAP Workbench transactions, HP/Microfocus Application Lifecycle Management (including Requirements Management module), HP LoadRunner and Quick Test Professional or Business Process Testing (6+ years); - Experience installing, configuring and administering HP Application Lifecycle Management; - Experience developing automated test scripts with HP QTP or BPT; - Experience executing large Virtual user count using HP LoadRunner for Stress, Load and Performance testing on SAP CRM, ECC, BI, ePortal and ERP applications; - Experience using requirements management module in HP/Microfocus ALM and the linking of requirements to test plans and test scripts in HP/Microfocus ALM; - Experience working in all phases of the software development life cycle; - Experience with VERINT Client Software; - Experience in testing processes using a structured testing methodology; - Experience in the integration of applications across the business to include but not be limited to integration programming between different set of tools and applications using Visual Basic, C, ABAP, XML, MS SQL, MS Access and JAVA Programming; - Experience in the installation and usage of the CSP document management system to include FileHold; - Experience in the installation and usage of WebChat; - Experience in the installation of the call center software to include OpenScape; - Experience in the BrowserStack selection and testing associated with the tool; - Experience testing on the SAP Net Weaver suite (preferred); - Experience testing on JAVA applications (preferred); - Experience with Imperva Securesphere Application Suite (preferred); - Experience with ABAP programming (preferred); - Experience working with International Standards ISO 9000 (preferred); - Experience in Service Level Agreements measure effectiveness of testing; - Experience with Network and SQL Server databases; - Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (preferred); - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field or, equivalent work experience of one (1) year system’s experience for each year of education required or, one (1) year of data management experience for each year of education. *Responsibilities *include but are not limited to the following: - Model related to data, processes, workflow, requirements and testing; - Data transfer (interface) requirements between CAMS and any other automated system or resource; - Completion of presentations and position papers; - Research and maintain knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the business and testing process; - Perform back-end configuration of tools to include, but not be limited to project development, profile/role development and dashboard; - Assist CSP Tech Team in resolving desktop issues associated with HP/Microfocus ALM, Internet browsers, SAP and WebChat; - Develop management dashboard reports to include Tableau; - Create Server and Network monitoring scripts; - Facilitate the requirements needed for the creation of new projects in HP/Microfocus ALM; - Assist in system development activities for CAMS related to the integration between SAP GUI and the monitoring client for end users; - Assist the Child Support Program business processes with implementing testing solutions; - Provide training to members of ESSP on the usage of HP/Microfocus ALM; - Provide training to team members, testers, Business Analysts and managers related to the development and execution of automated test scripts; - Assist in the development of business cases for long-term IT organization strategies; - Prepare business cases for long-term strategies to improve the testing process; - Apply industry standard quality assurance measures and metrics to testing artifacts and processes; - Prepare required project status reports for software project meetings or for management purposes. Coordinates production implementation of software releases; - Act as liaison between Child Support Program Office staff, technical staff, contract staff, field staff and outside agencies including federal and state partners; - Schedule and facilitate functional and technical meetings as required; - Complete time sheets, activity logs via Excel spreadsheet and Project Portfolio Management tool; - Develop automated test scripts; - Perform User Acceptance testing; - Execute Performance testing of large numbers of virtual users; - Facilitate meeting/conference calls and publish meeting; - Analyze and use components of Imperva.
