*Must-haves: **recent governmental experience, SOQL, extensive Salesforce experience* *Requirements:* - Business analyst experience (5+ years); - Salesforce experience (3+ years); - Experience in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook; - *Experience with state government projects;* - Experience working with databases and analyzing data to help formulate system or reporting requirements or test new functionality (required); - Experience in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) - Experience with testing software and designing business systems; - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field. *Responsibilities *include but are not limited to the following: - Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements; - Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications; - Provide detailed analysis of business processes and best practices; - Assist with managing the day-to-day details of all tasks, including the plan, schedule, resources, scope, budget and risks; - Complete cost/benefit analysis where required; - Support and contribute to functional and user testing.
