We have urgent requirement with one of our client’s, please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID : DYESFK001498-1 Title : SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Sr. Business Analyst Location : Lake Zurich, IL Duration: 6 Months+ Locals Only Job Roles / Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: This Contractor Position is to add more capacity for short term with an SAP Functional Senior Business Analyst on IT SAP team due to various Projects and Production Support needs. Main liaison to business functional areas - Partnering with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, prioritizing efforts, recommending changes / innovations, serving as the Subject Matter Expert for their area of expertise. System Design - Documenting requirements and developing solutions using standard or custom SAP functionality. Recommending alternatives when multiple options are available. Developing Solutions - Performing SAP System Configuration, writing functional requirements for custom development, performing appropriate system tests (Unit Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing), writing system/user documentation, training end users on functionality. Production Support - Troubleshooting system issues, analyzing processes, recommending course of action. Specific Skills and/or knowledge, credentials, or professional certifications: In depth functional and configuration expertise in the SAP SD module (Sales and Distribution). Experience in SD EDI functionality is also required. Analytical skills must include the ability to quickly identify problems, gather relevant information, determine the root causes, and make recommendations regarding solutions. Proactive, self‐starter who sets high standards for self and co‐workers. Strong organizational skills ‐ ability to manage multiple competing tasks and adapt quickly to changes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Position ID : DYESFK001499-1 Title : SAP MM, WM & EWM with S4 HANA Location : Lake Zurich, IL Duration: 6 Months+ Locals Preferred Job Roles / Responsibilities: SAP MM/WM/EWM with S4 HANA: Client needs help to start preparing for implementing S/4HANA MM/WM/EWM and the person should help with evaluating fitment of current ECC process vs. what S/4 HANA provides. The client is looking to provide a project scope, develop a blue print, and perform the implementation to go live. They will require configuration, meetings with the business, some end user training. Job Duties: Organize, collect and analyze relevant project data and manage project work predictably. Facilitate broad collaboration with clear communication and documentation. Work as a liaison between business applications team, cross-functional engineering teams and various internal business teams. Manage risks by anticipating bottlenecks, managing program prioritization, making trade-offs, and balancing business needs versus constraints Expectations. ・ Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects and crafting solutions to meet business requirements. ・ Experience in working with business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design. ・ Capability to lead or execute sophisticated assignments and projects independently. ・ Ability to identify, clarify and resolve project issues and risks as needed. ・ Able to work independently with minimal guidance and flexible to be able to tackle a wide variety of projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills. ・ Good analytical problem solving and fact-finding skills.
