Read and interpret loan documentation (Ex. credit agreements) for libor replacement language on syndicated and bilateral loan transactions . Collaborate with external and internal legal counsel regarding libor replacement methodology and language incorporated into legal documentation example libor replacement tracker . Enter data (standardize the methodology, policies across Front-office, Back Office and Middle office applications) into applicable housing system in a consolidated and accurate manner new line lies with libor transition teams, loan operations, and front office to enhance weekly reporting on closed and in-market transactions . Pivotal member of process flows open braces amendments, data room posting, wood tracking, application of labor replacement rate, close bracket for benchmark transition events or early opt-in borrowers Required: . Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience . Proficiency with Microsoft office suite excellent oral and written communication skills . Proactive ability to take initiative and self-motivate as well as work as part of a team Preferred: . Knowledge of the syndicated loan product and business, including an understanding of a credit agreement, loan funding mechanics, deal structure, funds . Prior experience working with clients to collect and review pre-syndicated loan documentation ahead of closing . Proven ability to collaborate with team members and Senior Management across and within the lines of business with a key in attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, and strong analytical capability .
