*Duration: Long term* *Any Visa is accepted (OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B Transfers, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, USC, E3, L2-EAD)* *Minimum Experience: 6+ years/ Mandatory* *Description:* · SFDC BA, with 5+years of experience and ideally with knowledge of Lightning and if possible Einstein and High Velocity Sales. · This role will review and analyze business processes, services and information needs with a view to implementing change management initiatives to improve the user experience and increase productivity. *Required skills:* · Salesforce Administrator completion (Certification desirable) · 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce.com setup and configuration · 5+ years business analyst experience · Experience facilitating workshops and discussion sessions · Experience completing projects on time, on budget and to specification requirements · Experience in people management · High level problem solving and analytical skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Active listener with the ability to think strategically, solve problems and negotiate · Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders, at all levels across the business · Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders · Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy · Fluent using Jira · Agile/Scrum experience *Key Results:* · Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements. · Analyse and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved. · Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts. · Utilise and champion agile techniques to deliver on competing requirements. · Provide expert advice on application solutions.
