Description: Years’ Experience: · Minimum of 6+ years of IT experience (Minimum 3 + years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions from initiation to launch and at least 3+ years of experience configuring and developing on the Apttus CPQ/CLM managed package) Skills: · Understanding of the Lead-To-Cash business process and experience in at least two to three large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Quote to- Contract (CPQ/ CLM) solutions · Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to senior leaders. · Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into a scalable solution design · Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously; workload will be a blend of small, medium, and large implementation projects · Experience operating in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile environment. · Strong expertise in Apttus Product management: managing products, bundles, inclusion rules, constraint rules. · Strong expertise in Pricing management: Price dimensions and tiers, price rulesets, pricing callback class, validation callback class. · Must have strong experience working in Visualforce, Apex classes & controllers, Triggers, Batch jobs, Workflows, and the REST API, Process builders, formulas, validations, test coverage, SOQL, SOSL, exception handling and other standard SFDC components · Expertise on Apttus CLM contract management process · Hands on experience with Apttus Intelligent Workflow Approval Process · Ability to build and update complex X-Author Excel and Word templates · Advanced understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality. · Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems as well as working with integration tools such as ETL preferred · Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic Education: Must have Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Apttus CPQ/CLM certification, Salesforce Platform Developer certifications and Salesforce Administrator certifications Duties: The Onshore Development Team Lead will need to have outstanding technical knowledge of the Salesforce and Apttus CPQ/CLM and will include the following key responsibilities: · Overall expert focusing on development across on all Apttus CPQ/CLM areas (Apttus CPQ Configuration and Code/Calculation changes, Product & Price list setup, Price Exhibits, X-Author Apps, Apttus CLM agreements). · Meeting with key business stakeholders and project lead to determine the business needs. · Should be able understand business requirements and convert them into a scalable technical solution design and drive development team to implement same · Should be able guide offshore team and coordinate activities between onsite and offshore teams · Reviewing and Testing deliverables from offshore · Creating timelines and development goals. · Writing technical design documents and providing technical training for Salesforce Staff. · Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce and Apttus CPQ/CLM platform. · Create test scripts and testing the stability and functionality of the application. · Troubleshooting and fixing bugs. · Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
