Role: LIMS Business Analyst Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Long Term Contract Job Description: . Experience as LIMS BA role preferably Sample Manager LIMS . Business Stakeholder interaction to drive business process harmonization. . Liaise with business users and IT for Requirement facilitation and documenting, Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches. . Impact and Risk Assessment and plan changes/modifications. . Documenting Localization & other configuration changes in new LIMS to match the Business need. . Preparation of design specification document. . Lead discussions and play advisory to Testing team and other interface teams. . Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth. Desired Knowledge: . Experience in generating not limited epics and user stories for requirement gathering in JIRA. . Preferred candidate with LifeScience domain knowledge. Qualification: . Exceptional organizational and time management skills . Strong computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) . Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills . High level of initiative with the ability to be self-motivated . Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively .
