Team’s theories require to be validated, and enhanced, by modeling them across a large sample size. o The resulting scripts and queries can be used as “plug and play” for future comprehensive dfsc solution · Critical Parts Penetration o Requires BOMs to be exploded and analysis done across large sample size. o BA’s output will immediately be useful for the team since it is automated · Natural Material Lead Time Index o Aggregating material master lead times from child BOM items o BA’s output will immediately be useful for the team since it is automated · Single source and OB Risk analysis o Relies on projects currently in early stage.
