*Job Description : **"*Skills: 1. The position is for support of enterprise
interoperability. 2. Looking for someone with API and FHIR experience as
well as understanding of platform and enterprise methodologies and
architecture for interoperability standards. 3. Knowledge of the CURES Act
and requirements for “Promoting Interoperability” would be a plus. some
experience working in matrix orgs that can handle the need to stay flexible
and take initiative to solve ever growing and changing requirements. 4. The
work requires us to work through figuring things out at same time as
planning successful execution to innovation. Addressing new concepts versus
just supporting an existing product or service. Flexibility is key 5.
B12Business-analysis, product-owner, consulting and/or related experience
6. Conduct analyses of product features, including user behavior analysis,
A/B testing, segmentation/funnel studies, product-success metrics
development, KPI’s, and other product performance metrics 7. History of
industry expertise through curiosity, drive, and experimentation 8.
Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform
decision-making process 9. Ability to prioritize requirements and create
user stories by understanding product strategy, plans,and roadmaps. 10.
Understanding of software development lifecycle. 11. Ability to collaborate
with software engineers to deliver requirements and prototypes. 12.
Creative thinking; affinity for solving challenging problems. 13. Strong
presentation/writing skills. 14. Collaborative mindset, creativity, and
analytical thinking."
