Role: SFDC Architect Location: Chicago, IL Long Term Contract Job Description: * Embed within Patient Services implementation and support teams to guide the effective use of Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud with architecture and a seamless user experience. * Deliver Salesforce solutions on HEalth / Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and any other Salesforce platforms driving implementations that leverages declarative solutions and minimizes customization. * Partner with the business to ensure design meets business requirements. Analyze and review business, functional and technical requirements; drive design decision making and ensure alignment with overall design. * Manage and guide work of design/build team to ensure final design and solution aligns with architecture. Design technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale; * Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for a technical architecture across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud. * Extensive Salesforce Solution Design experience, including delivering solutions in fast paced, highly visible projects that require coordination across multiple technology stacks. * Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including data model design, flexible and scalable solutions and integration with broader landscape. * Experience integrating security and data privacy into solution architecture and designs. * Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. Proven results leading teams and direct leadership in crafting Salesforce solutions that meet or exceed customer needs * Demonstrable ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration * Experience within Healthcare industry * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
