*Must-have skills: *.Net 3.5 +, ASP.Net, N-Tier Architecture ,
CONNECT/uFACTS, Microsoft Visual Studio 2012+, TFS, ANSI SQL (Oracle 12g,
or SQL Server), Crystal Reports, ORM, Web Services (WSDL, SOAP); WCF,
Service-Oriented Architecture (web services); WWF, UC4, IBM FileNet.

*Requirements:*

   - Experience with C# software development (5+ years);
   - Experience with relational databases (5+ years);
   - Experience with relevant architecture (2+ years);
   - Experience with CONNECT, uFACTS, or similar Unemployment Claims (UC)
   system (2+ years);
   - Experience with  architecture, applications systems design and
   integration;
   - Experience with N-Tier Architecture;
   - Experience with .Net 3.5 or .Net 4.0 Framework or later;
   - Experience as a team member on a team of five (5+) developers;
   - Experience with Agile or Waterfall Development Methodology;
   - Experience with ASP.Net;
   - Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2012, 2015 or later;
   - Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS);
   - Experience with ANSI SQL (Oracle 12g, or SQL Server);
   - Experience with Crystal Reports;
   - Experience with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) software, such as LLBL
   Gen;
   - Experience with Web Services (WSDL, SOAP);
   - Scrum Experience;
   - Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF);
   - Experience with Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (web
   services);
   - Experience with Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF);
   - Experience with UC4
   - Experience with IBM FileNet.

*Responsibilities*:

   - Triage new requests for high-level estimates of effort;
   - Identify areas of code impacted by new requests;
   - Recommend appropriate Application Development teams to work ticket
   (update ALM, work with Release Manager and CAB Coordinator to channel
   ticket to appropriate team);
   - Conduct code reviews as requested;
   - Provide guidance on Cross-Functional Work (major enhancements/fixes);
   - Create design specifications for large enhancements and projects;
   - Conduct design reviews for smaller enhancements and large fixes;
   - Participate as a member of the Enterprise Architecture Board;
   - Set standards and best practices for Applications Development team;
   - Provide support to Issues and Adjudication framework, appeals, SIDES,
   batches, correspondences, fact findings templates, and claims process;
   - Perform other duties as required.
