*Job Description:**• Managing a multi-year data transformation projects on
cloud data platform / analytics technologies*
*• Responsible for managing scope, time, quality and budget with effective
communications.*
*• Responsible for end delivery by building the team of required delivery
professionals.*
*• Responsible to Plan and forecast the activities by defining the
execution approval and controlling with project governance.*
*• Establish the project collaboration and communication channels for
effective delivery.*
*• Manage the communication channel by collaborating with cross-functional
teams of stakeholders including client and Incumbent vendors.*
*• Being the part of program teams, help in resolving project issues and
mitigating the risks with effective project management strategies and
collaboration.*
*• Understanding the inter-dependability of workstreams, features and the
impact of changes.*
*• Engage with IT and Business stakeholders equally to create a
solution/project alignments*
*Additional Job Details:**Must have •*
>12 years of experience, with at least 6 years of experience on
project/program management with required experience in project planning and
deliveries
. • Experienced in executing multiple multi-year projects on data
modernization solutions on data lake, data warehouse retirement, BI and
Analytics
• Awareness of Cloud solution stack and key solution building blocks
(Azure).
• Should have excellent presentation skills with a high degree of comfort
speaking with internal and external executives, IT management and business
executives
• Ability to influence direction of the projects, goals and client
decisions
• Ability to manage and maintain high level project plans and milestones
with complexities
• Ability to drive engagement in a multi-vendor execution model
• Experienced in financial and execution health tracking Good to have
• Awareness of data management, BI and Analytics solution principles and
architecture
• Awareness of best practices for automation in data and analytics space
• Understanding of key focus areas of solution that drive the program
success and adherence to the plan
• Prior experience in migrating appliance based data platforms to cloud
for data / analytics / BI workloads
• Domain: Retail/Supply chain/Pharmacy
