Subject matter expert in Microsoft Teams, especially conferencing and voice. . Ability to manage, configure Teams call quality dashboards, reports, log analytics. . Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, including implementation, management, and support of Teams Room hardware. . Ability to work in rolling out feature updates in Office 365, SLC management. . Ability to create, configure Teams policies. . Cross-functional working experience within and outside organization. . Work on projects involving modernization of any collaboration and platform services . Operates with a customer first mindset and improving user experience by troubleshooting issues, provide innovative and creative solutions to different challenges. Minimum requirement: The candidate will possess technical and soft skills, including: . Total 7 years total technology experience in Cloud Services, systems integration, corporate IT. . Minimum of 4 years' experience in Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business. Microsoft Certification, especially in Microsoft Teams preferred. . One year of experience with Zoom experience preferred. . Experiencing rolling out Microsoft Teams in an enterprise setting. . Ability to be flexible, work undirected, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. . Ability to quickly build working relationships in a team environment. . Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving ability. . Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills. . Experience working with Organizational Change Management teams a plus Education: .
