EAST COAST HOURS
Oversees and processes documentation for project commitments
Assists management in the implementation of and monitoring the adherence to project governance practices and policies. Assists with project administration deliverables
Assists in project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Other duties may be assigned.
May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers.
May coordinate work and assign tasks.
Utilize effective communication to develop strong relationships with your team and other PM teams.
Persistent and highly collaborative.
In addition, the candidate will be self-directed with good negotiation and execution skills
Requires advanced excel knowledge, i.e., pivot tables, data migration, charting.
Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Keep all administrative tasks up to date and tracked within our timeline and procedural processes
Adapts quickly and fluidly to rapidly changing projects and under dynamic conditions.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Execute project tasks to provide a smooth flow of progress of projected team goals
