EAST COAST HOURS
Participate in design and estimation discussions and help lead in task prioritization for team in Sprint
Help translate requirements into user-stories and actively participate in project lifecycle
Work closely with SA/BA/Architects to ensure requirements are well documented and clear
Agile product delivery from design to delivery and production support
Technically hands-on and able to inculcate best programming and engineering practices by doing Design: Envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and be able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to materialize it.
Estimate: Create, understand and validate Design and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify it
Mentor: Coach high performing engineering team to build and deliver health care product to market
Operations: Possess/acquire strong troubleshooting skills and be interested in performing troubleshooting of issues in different desperate technologies and environments
Support and mentor team members on day to day tasks.
Be accountable for timely quality delivery of assigned modules
Provide appropriate status updates and track project assignments on routine basis
Actively participate in quality audits, reviews time to time
Provide explanation and information to others on difficult issues
Maintain knowledge of current domains and strategic roadmaps
Identify/quantify scope and impact of business changes on systems
