Responsibilities
• Secure and refine requirements, collaborate on solution design, build functional specifications, and provide testing support to ensure solutions meet the requirements
• User Support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues
• Identify innovative solutions to business issues in technical development
• Engagement with the business and providing status updates, facilitating calls with operations, business and leadership
• Improve process flow and user documentation to enhance team knowledge and competency
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Understanding of Warehouse and Logistics management
• Proficient at developing and executing business process specific test scenarios
• Demonstrated proficiency authoring basic to complex queries in SQL and understanding of PL/SQL
• Superior verbal and writing communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong adaptability skills and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment coordinating with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including the ability to work collaboratively with business users
• Ability to work independently on development projects
• 8 years of experience, at least 5 years as a Functional Analyst
• Previous experience in logistics / distribution
