*Position: Salesforce, Business Analyst * *Location :Plano - TX * *Type: Contract* *Skill set:** Business Analyst, Salesforce* *Job Description:* 8-10 BA experience and knowledge of Salesforce required. Work Location: Remote for now due to COVID and later at Plano, TX • Salesforce, Business Analyst is responsible for conducting business analysis and documenting business requirements. They will work with internal business users, product owners, UX and other technology partners to develop and enhance to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other Salesforce products: • Banking/Insurance Domain experience. • Lead and/or participate in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project requirements. • Develop user stories and process flows to support the development of Salesforce solutions.
